Rentuan Drum TowerBentuan Drum Tower is an octagonal pagoda style multi-eave drum tower with a pyramid roof, 7 stories and 21.7 meters high covering an area of 104 sq. meters. In Dong language it is called Lou Gao Zai, and in Chinese “The Benevolence Group Drum Tower”. The drum tower belongs to the clans of Yuan, Ma, Long and Deng who migrated from other groups.It was the last drum tower built at Zhaoxing, originally constructed in the 19th century and rebuilt in 1982 by the carpenter Lu Jixian from Tang’an.It forms a triangular pattern with the neighboring roofed bridge and theatre stage.

Yituan Drum Tower This octagonal pagoda style multi-eave drum tower with a pyramid roof of 11 stories stands 23.36 meters high and covers an area of 144 sq. meters. In Dong language it is called Lou Dian Ge, and in Chinese ‘The Righteousness Group Drum Tower’. It belongs to the clans of Man, Yuan and Long.It was first built in the 18th century and rebuilt in 1982 by the carpenter Lu Jixian from Tang’an.

Lituan Drum TowerThe octagonal pagoda style multi-eave drum tower with a pyramid roof has 13 stories, is 21.37 meters high and covers an area of 133 sq. meters. It is named Lou Den in Dong language, and ‘The Propriety Group Drum Tower’ in Chinese, belonging to the clans of Ying, Man and Deng. First built in the 17th century, it is the oldest one in the village.It was rebuilt in 1982 by the carpenter Lu Wenli from Jitang.

Zhituan Drum TowerThis octagonal pagoda style multi-eave drum tower with a Chinese hip-and-gable roof has 9 stories and stands 16.27 meters high, covering an area of 127 sq. meters.It is named Lou Dou Men in Dong language, and ‘The Wisdom Group’ Drum Tower in Chinese.It belongs to the clans of Meng and Xia.It was first built in the 18th century and rebuilt in 1982 by the carpenter Zhang Gengyin who migrated to Zhaoxing from afar.

It is named Lou Dou Pe in Dong language, and ‘The Faith Group Drum Tower’ in Chinese. It belongs to the clans of Bai and Ma and was first built in the 18th century and rebuilt in 1982 by the carpenter Lu Jixian from Tang’an.
